All images used here have been in some way altered with IrfanView, an amazing multi-purpose image viewer and tool.

With it you can crop, resize, and retouch images as well as apply thousands of effects (those built in plus Adobe 8bf filters that you can download from many places). The program is free for personal use, which means that you can play with it totally guilt-free :-)

The following pages contain images that demonstrate some of what can be done. I have tried to provide enough information and tips to help anyone in their own experiments. The best way to start out is - just start!
